How kids imagine Future Mobility

There are all kinds of visions and technologies for the mobility of the future, but what ideas do the people who will actually be living in the world of tomorrow have.

Emilia, age 6

My dream vehicle can drive, swim and fly. • It has a parachute. • You can sleep and dance in it. • It plays party music, and there is room for all the animals. • You can charge it with a plug or refuel it. • And most importantly, it is brightly coloured and comfortable.

Leon, age 6

This is a “Rocket bike”. • The tank is never empty. • The emissions are good for the trees. • There are lots of antennas, so you have reception everywhere. • And it has fold-out wings. • You can even fly into space with it, and it can drive and stand on clouds.

Lukas, age 14

In towns there will be buses that run on electricity and have solar panels on their roofs. • They can transport 10 to 15 people and are driven by robots. • This means people won’t have to use their cars anymore. • In large cities there will also be drones, because you have to travel longer distances. • The robots are connected to one another, so there are hardly any accidents. • The seats are arranged in a circle. • And because the robots are connected, the cars drive quite fast – around 300 to 400 km/h. • There are no longer any accidents and no more traffic jams.

Niklas, age 10

The car has very large tyres and can drive on land very quickly. • The tyres can rotate like a fan and lift off. • This also allows the car to travel on water. • It has a glass floor and a table to eat at and lots more. • On the water you can see lots of fish thanks to the glass floor. • The ship is also very luxurious.

Oscar, age 9

The car can drive on land and on the water. • It has air containers at the sides, which can be inflated. • The tyres can be folded back and up and rotate very quickly. • The roof is made out of wings. • And there are headlights up on the roof.
